if you see no difference between the fare at a solid food truck vs a disgusting arse place w/processed crap like McDonalds or Taco Bell- then you have serious problems, and zero taste in food .

I don’t really know what “fast food” means anymore.
There are so many fast casual locations - it all blends together.
I don’t eat trash like McDonalds, Burger King, and (sadly) Taco Bell anymore.
I will eat Chick-Fil-A or Burger Fi about 2 times per month. I don’t eat at food trucks either. I want to know what I am eating. (Macro’s)
It has led to a significant amount of lost weight so I will continue on this path.
There are so many fast casual locations - it all blends together.

I dont say ‘I dont eat fast food’ b/c i like CFA or Cane’s sometimes .. and when im out west, i love some In n Out Burger…. But Ike you , I haven’t touched McD’s, BK, Taco Bell and places like that in years.. it’s sort of like the ‘definition of pornography ‘ as someone said decades ago: “I cant define it, but i know it when i see it”…. My loose definition is that fast food places have drive thru windows; but of course, that isnt a hard and fast rule.. Lee’s Hamburgers has drive thru’s at most locations, and they , to me, are more of a ‘fast casual’ regional chain.. so i guess the answer, is that it varies .

I think the “I dont eat fast food” has more to do with the processed food rather than the conditions it was prepared in.
