Waffle
Bacon
Eggs soft scrambled with cheese
smothered, covered, topped
This is the correct way. If you don't get Bert's chili on your hashbrowns, you aren't a man.

At Waffle House. Im sure everyone has had this cheap array of almost everything on their menu.
For context, Ill give the options.
1) what cooking method for the eggs?
2) sausage, bacon, or ham?
3) grits or hashbrowns (explain your hashbrowns)
4) Waffle (plain, choc chip, or pecan)
1 - fried, over medium
2 - bacon
3 - hashbrowns - covered & peppered
4 - plain (would rather toast or a biscuit though)

Scrambled
Bacon
Scattered, smothered, and covered

I did not realize until recently that all of the WH cooktops are run on natural gas. They also have a way to connect propane tanks to them, so if they are in an area when a hurricane/tornado/earthquake hits and the utilities are knocked out, they can hook up the tanks and keep cooking.

There is a legitimate waffle house index, that judges the severity of storms and natural disasters based on how many waffles house locations in the area/surrounding area are closed.

Courthouse experience leads me to the personal belief that a drug arrest history is a requirement to be employed as a line cook or server there.
Besides, why settle for WH when you can go to a decent sit down and have a proper meal prepared by an actual chef instead of by a convict on work release?

In that case, please invite me to breakfast with you. I will get the pecan and then have most of yours as well. Haha!

1) what cooking method for the eggs?
Sunny side up
2) sausage, bacon, or ham?
Sausage
3) grits or hashbrowns (explain your hashbrowns)
Double hashbrowns, scattered, smothered, covered, diced and topped. If I'm at the Waffle House on College, there's a 3% chance I'll get it that way.
4) Waffle (plain, choc chip, or pecan)
Can I swap the waffle for grits or toast? If I can't, plain.

Side note, if you havent tried the pecan waffle, you’ve fricked up. That sweet crunch it gives makes it the best waffle ive ever had.
