From his post history, it appears he is an A/C contractor who lives in Denham Springs.

Tim Tavolais?
He was an asset to the the board. He was frequently teased about the number of ingredients in his recipes, often totaling in the upper teens.

It was. He was friends with Ouncie Borne. Not sure what happened to him.
