Tis the season;

6 Large eggs, separated
1/2 pound granulated sugar
1 1/2 ounces rum
1 pint bourbon
1 pint heavy cream
1 pint whole milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Beat the yolks of eggs. Beat whites separately adding the 1/2 pound sugar to whites. Add well-beaten yolks to whites and beat both together. Stir in rum. Add whiskey, cream and milk. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and float in vanilla Ice cream.

The wife and I have been using the Pennsylvania Dutch eggnog lately, but it's expensive. I'm definitely trying this out!
