Ordered take out lunch online and one of their daily specials was a crawfish boudin hand pie. Was expecting a little hard crusted thing to eat as a snack so ordered a half dozen. Well it was a big flaky, not greasy, perfectly seasoned pie enough for two people. Kudos to a BBQ restaurant to make a great Cajun treat. Any baws in New Orleans should try and pick one up today.

That sounds amazing.

So who's eating the other five and a half?

I saw that today they're doing cochon de lait poboys (they're doing jazzfest food), and they look incredible.

I picked up there two weeks ago and as always the food was great. Loved their beer choices

I've pondered risking COVID-19 to travel to New Orleans just to get Blue Oak through this.

Of course the literal one time my wife wants Blue Oak it appears they are out of it.

That’s all she wanted there so back to the drawing board.
