Went last night. Stayed around 3.5 hours. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was phenominal. Staff and service A+ There were no details overlooked. DJ was awesome, and tied it all together. House was packed, everyone was loving it. Flat out, hands down, the best food and best experience food related, I've ever had. Friend said same. I don't want to give away any details, because it was surprise after surprise the entire night. 10/10 for sure. Can't wait to go back

Well played.

A phenomenal review from opening night screams friends or family.

Regardless, glad the review is positive and let’s hope it can stay this good for the long run. Wish them the best and hope BR can sustain this.

I gotta admit, I wasn't all that impressed by the photos I've seen. For the price, I'd expect the plating to be much better. I'll wait until I see how some people who actually know good food (i.e., many of the regulars here) say about it before I'm willing to shell out that type of coin.

I just went and dropped $1000 on a sportcoat from Carriages so I can fit in when I go.

I was super confused. When I was reading Jambo's review I thought it was you. I misread the name at the top. I know y'all have had some amazing food adventures so I was shocked that a BR place impressed you so much

Lol. You don’t like people who have rich parents? Why? Ever get to know them as a person or are you too envious to see past their situation?

Yea I'm trying not to laugh at the comments on Eat The Boot FB group.

This place seems right up you and LL's alley.

I would normally say the same thing, but Jambo is a very successful chef/caterer in the area and I think we can take his word without assuming he's family or a friend. Very high praise

This shite reminds me of that Office Bar that tried to enforce a jacket dress code and offer VIP bottle service.

The opening night guests arrived at the windowless, black building to greet a doorman, who had a certain air about himself – as if he were alerting patrons that what’s inside is suave, too. He gracefully opened the giant door — it’s a 10-feet tall and 6-feet wide oak door to the foyer, which is lined with maroon, alligator-skin wallpaper and adorned with a pink, neon sign that reads, “Supper Club.”

To keep the mystery and romance going, the restaurant phone number isn’t listed on its website. Instead, guests receive a personal phone call from the staff to confirm reservations.

Whoa, big time.

YOLO! Right on cue.

How come I don't know who Jambo is? Jambo who are you?
Caterer in BR Area? Food Truck? Both? I'm curious now. And I'm fat and like food.

Not IMO. Looks pretty uninspiring, food wise. Looks like it’s really pretty inside, though. Would be a cool spot to get drinks if I lived on that side of town.

This wine dinner coming up at Rouj on Monday sounds way more interesting - Mainly because ostrich sounds fun.
