The cantaloupe for dinner with rice and gravy got me thinking. Are there any foods that you've seen other people eat that you find repulsive.

Banana & Mayonnaise sandwiches immediately come to mind.

Also, my brother would eat peanut butter and cheese sandwiches. Jiffy and a Kraft American single between two slices of white Bunny Bread.

What'chu got?

A sandwich made with bananas and mayonnaise.

My answer - okra and tomatoes, together. Gross!

My 5 year old likes ham sandwiches on King's Hawaiian Rolls...dipped into ketchup. He also used to dip his bananas in bbq sauce

I'd have a hard time eating a beet if someone just gave me one on a plate. I'll try just about anything but my tolerance for beets is pretty low.

You are not alone.

Have an upvote. That stuff is slimy and nasty.

Had an "Elvis" sandwich at the diner in Nashville he supposedly frequented: peanut butter, bananas, bacon, & mayo, grilled on a flattop. It was surprisingly tasty.

I'm also surprised that nobody has mentioned this yet... personally I love it:

it’s an Alabama thing. Seriously, my mom is from there and grew up on them.

As far as OP goes, I’ll eat damn near anything

my mom makes those every holiday minus the lettuce. Despite me saying I’ll eat damn near anything, I have yet to try one of those. Pear, mayo, cheese and cherry... no thank you

Lima frickin’ beans. They’re gritty.
Change my mind.
