Pear or pineapple salad
One of the above fruits, Mayo, shredded cheese & lettuce
When my mom was feeling fancy she’d place a halved pear on a leaf of lettuce, put a dollop of Mayo on the pear & sprinkle shredded cheese on top
More often than not they just mixed it in a bowl

I used to hate kale but my girlfriend makes great salads with it. You’ve gotta wash it and massage it. And take out all the stalk parts. It’s delicious.

I have a general disdain for mayonnaise, but one particular time I was having lunch with my boss and he ordered red beans... then proceeded to mix it all with an enormous amount of mayo... I couldn't eat after witnessing that...
Also, while I dont hate milk.. I find drinking it with dinner (that type of food) to be disgusting...
