As someone said in the Arby’s thread most fast items marketed as extremely spicy don’t really pack much heat. The last couple of times I’ve had the spicy nuggets at Wendy’s I was shocked at much hotter than they are now compared to the past. Definitely way to hot for the average person. I was pleasantly surprised with the heat level of the Popeyes chicken sandwich. Spicier than I expected. Probably the hottest fast food item I’ve had is the insane sauce at Zaxbys. I always get a side of it to dip my tenders in.

If Halal Guys hot sauce counts then that.

First time I ate there the girl put a little dab on my plate and I said "I like spicy food, put that all over it". What a damn mistake. I made it through about a quarter of the plate before I was in a full snot drooling cry fest. Had to throw the food out. Went with the recommended little dab after that.

Does Hattie B’s count as fast food? If so, that.

Ate a pepper in a Thai dish that I'm sure was just there for flavor and I wasn't supposed to eat it. Hiccups and sweating and such. Was at lunch with coworkers, they were amused. Sugar packet did the trick to remedy but it sucked.

If we are talking actual fast food (and not food from a street vendor in Thailand or wherever) then I’d say the Chick-fil-A Cobb salad with the spicy grilled chicken actually has decent spice for fast food.

I love the taste of peppers but can’t take the heat.

The only food that I have paid for at a chain restaurant that was too spicy for me to enjoy was the blazing sauce at BWW. It doesn’t help that the sauce just doesn’t taste very good either.

They have a chain of burrito restaurants called Tijuana Flats in Florida. They have a salsa bar where the salsas go from mild to hot (left to right on the bar), and they all have names. The mildest one is called "Slap My arse and Call Me Sally". The hottest on just has a skull and crossbones on the label. It is VERY hot.

Wendy's had a spicy chicken sandwich with jalapenos and some sort of pepper aioli which was both delicious and would put a little sweat on the brow. Outside of that sandwich, or the obvious hot wing sauces, nothing is ever spicy enough at fast food places.
