Old fashion with Maker's Mark or a great Tanqueray and Fevertree Indian Tonic.

Don’t know what to call it: 2 oz good rum like mount gay, 1 oz grand marnier and the juice of one half large lemon.

Lately....either Blanton's and a drop of water with chilled stones or a good ole' screwdriver with Tito's, pulp free OJ and pineapple juice.

Rum? No. Doesn’t fit.

Back to OP

Beer
Bourbon with one small cube
Martini

I like all sorts of drinks but those would be my standards

Most commonly ordered is a Jucifer.

But if I’m going liquor, gin is my spirit. And I bring red wine into the mix pretty often. Syrah/Shiraz, Petite sirah, Grenache, something in that genre.

Manhattan up.
Old fashioned.
Cabernet Sauvignon.

If you’re ever in ATX go to Half-Step on Rainey and do the bartenders choice with your preference of liquor.
