So how do all the foodie dorks feel about Sriracha blowing up?

I remember when all the "foodies" thought they were cool for knowing about Sriracha. Now it's everywhere, even on a featured menu item at Taco Bell. How butthurt are the hipsters about their secret being exposed?

FTR I enjoy the sauce

I don't ever remember it being that much of a secret

It's just more commonplace now

Don't care, just as long as craft beer doesn't blow up, can't have that being exposed to the masses.

Sriracha was a secret?

Pretty sure I discovered the stuff by just seeing it places.

I have yet to become much of a fan of it.

If you keep the container out of direct heat, it's not likely to happen.

The cafeteria at International Paper in Georgetown SC had Sriracha on the tables 12 years ago. I knew about it before the foodies.

I first saw it at Pho 88 in Austin back in the 90's my Grandma liked it in her Pho. At the time I thought Pho was weird so I always got fried lice.

I don't think the Pho is weird if you ate fried Lice.

Never heard of it. Didn't realize they made hot sauce outside of Louisiana.

Sambnol Olek is the best, especially the garlic one.

Mix some sour cream (or plain greek yogurt), sriracha, lime juice, horseradish sauce and cumin and put on your steak or fish tacos, good stuff

Love that shite, and glad I tried it at the rinky dink Thai joint a couple years back.

This is a very weak troll for someone of your stature. Sriracha has been in the mainstream for like a decade now brah. Do us a favor and go scrap the resin out your bong then smear it all over your keyboard.

About what? I've hated hot sauce my whole life until the past year when somehow I've come around on Crystal.

Salmon, I agree. I sometimes open the jar of that and just sniff it

The chili garlic sauce is awesome. Rooster sauce has it's place, but for me, they both only go in Asian dishes.
