Was a big crowd on grand opening, but all I see is one car now during lunch hr. BK might've been more popular before it closed. Chic fil-A 10+ cars deep however many rows.

Too many food options on Siegen and their menu looks very limited.

Hardest drive-thru to maneuver with anything larger than a Honda Civic.

Gotta get the queso dip for the fries.

There's just nothing special about the concept. Completely average experience.

But it seems the company's only focus is on selling franchises. They will keep going right until it's about to be ran into the ground before they sell it off and move on to the next money grab ala Walk On's.

The Brandon Landry and Drew Brees special.

I felt like complete dog shite after i ate Smalls the last time. I know all fast food sucks but something about Smalls food just makes you not want it again. Very few repeat customers i would assume. The one out in Gonzales and Prairieville are the same way, nobody ever there

It's never made me sick and I thought the food was pretty good, but I haven't been in a while. They didn't have onions as an option which I thought was inexcusable.

Not being able to dine in probably hurts them. There's always a few people eating inside Mooyah, Atomic, etc

Must be a common occurrence everywhere. One opened in West Monroe and had cars backed out into the road, looks like a ghost town now. Took about two months for the crowd to die off.

Feels like a fad. They just opened one in Lake Charles a month or so ago and the lines were stupid at first but now have slimmed down. I would imagine the new will wear off soon.

I know that I'm in the minority but when I lived in Montgomery I used to go to Crystal about once a month. I really liked their food and the fries were always hot. Their sliders with the onion on them were really good.

They’re opening one in ellick too right behind the remodeled chick fil a. Looks like the building is made of shipping containers which is actually pretty cool.

The Lafayette one was the same way. It was packed out the arse but now you can roll up whenever you want and have no wait.

It's good but there's nothing about it that makes me want to put it in the rotation

Nothing but grease at our local one. My kids don’t even like their burgers and my kids LOVE fast food.

That's a major part of their business model. Small footprint and low cost construction.

I still like them but haven't had in a while since leaving BR area

The new-ish one in Metairie at Clearview was packed at opening and stays crowded, drive thru always full
