Looks awesome except for the unmelted cheese.

Breads are some of the easiest things anyone can make. Basically cavemen made breads out of whatever grains they could find and grind between 2 rocks along with a liquid and a fat (milk provides a shortcut, fatty liquid).
Yeast doesn't even to be "pre bloomed" for breads. Just mix warm liquid into the dry flour, oil, sugar, dried yeast mix. "Warm" means run the kitchen tap for a minute before drawing for the mix.
I made some "butter bread" last week: 4 cups AP flour, soft margarine mixed in with a fork till made crumbs (maybe a tablespoon or 2 of margarine), 1 pack yeast, 1/2 cup sugar, less than teaspoon salt, and rough cup warm water (maybe more/less, until dough was wet but not sticky, if sticky add more flour).
Used 1 loaf to make sandwiches, most of the 2nd I sliced, let dry a few hours, then made delicious french toast.
Only tools involved in whole process: Fork, measuring cup (mainly just as a scoop, no exact measures), knife to slice the bread
