Looking for a good pizza and beer place for wife and I tonight. What does Shreveport have to offer?

I was looking at old topics on F&D board. Someone mentioned Wooden spoon. Frank's is better?

Franks. The food at Franks is better than any others but there is better beer selection at Pizza Rev and Rotolos. But Franks is the choice.

They just started serving flatbread pizzas at Flying Heart Brewery in Bossier. I haven’t been but I’ve heard good things.

Frank’s very good, and pricey
Rotolo’s has a great beer selection.
Flying Heart has excellent pizza at a good price and very good beer.

Never been to Pizza Rev

Johnny's Pizza

The East Preston location NEVER let me down for the years I lived near it. And it's usually not busy as I remember it.

Then again, that was years ago so

Agree with the list. Add the pizza at Flying Heart as a decent choice.

I’ve never liked their beer much, but the pizza is legit.

This has to be the most overrated pizza establishment in Louisiana.

It made it to the 90s for sure. Can’t recall exactly when it closed, but it’s been maybe 15or 20 years.
