I'm having my rehearsal dinner there. Owners are great people, and the bartenders know their stuff.

What are your Mexican restaurant credentials, though?

Interesting. I heard that it had been mediocre but has really improved as of late. I'll have to give it a shot.

The Velvet Cactus should not set the bar for any comparison of Mexican food. That place is just not good. I have eaten at Santa Fe, and it was pretty good. The best I've ever had might be pushing it, but it is good

I hate that place. The margaritas are fantastic, but the food is just bad.

This says it all. You must be Aaron Sanchez?

Santa Fe is mediocre on a good night. Velvet Cactus is attrocious. Throw in Superior Grill for the trifecta!!

Has it improved significantly since March? Because in March it was awful.
