Yea let's have more business owners start threads that we're all from Baton Rouge trolling to ruin the little guy in Nola
23 pages can't be wrong!

All it would take is for someone who is offended enough to take these screenshots of the insulting comments to WWL or Nola.com
Geez you made me laugh. NOLA dot com lol.

If only a highly acclaimed chef would have entered ready to fight people that the proper steak flip count is 2, I would've popkerned.

All we need now is for someone to start arguing about U-boats in the MS river and it will be just like old times on boards gone by.

He is nice and cordial IRL.
To be fair to him, people who aren't "internet savvy" are often shocked at the way people communicate on here and don't know how to tactfully respond.
Just look at people who join the OT without lurking.
Reminds me of the movie "Chef" where the chef's son shows him Twitter and he starts a really unprofessional war with a food critic and it tarnishes his reputation.
I guess the age of many business owners and the newness of social media still makes for a combo that can be detrimental.

You really made me laugh. That was something. Those were the good ole days.

I'm willing to bet that less than 5% of the poster in this thread have been to either of these restaurants. I don't see them losing any business from this thread.

Oh, those sites have some absolute weirdos following and commenting on their stuff. But old people love to get butthurt and I could easily see people boycotting the place if they saw these comments.

All I vision is that in a weird twist of fate, this guy gets booming business BECAUSE of his remarks on Yelp.
I mean, some of the posters on there are borderline obsessed with food write ups. I might just write a bad review for a chance to get the crazy ole owners response, as a badge of honor

I legitimately planned to try NOLA Smokehouse at some point.
Not Sammich.
I am not necessarily saying I'd "boycott" NOLA Smokehouse if I wanted BBQ badly enough (unlikely), but the owner isn't making me itch to go with his "F Baton Rouge people" crap
Or his weird hashtag shite going on right now

Been to Sammich once. Never been to the barbecue place. I'm halfway intrigued enough to give them a shot now.

The food there looks really good from what I've seen. And I've heard from friends that it is good. Whoever runs their Instagram page doesn't yell at people either. Check it out.. they update with food photos daily.

Please keep posting. Now, you're down right entertaining. Your words will be memorialized forever.
Don't tout your restaurant, though, because Chicken doesn't allow advertising on the site unless you've paid for it.

When you go, introduce yourself as TD troll who is not from Baton Rouge.

NOLA smokehouse is good. Good meat, good sides

Your gigantic walls of text are the only flaws in this thread. Nobody cares. You are like a yapping chihuahua who never shuts the frick up. I'm sorry, you seem real nice and all, but good lawd..
