Here now, apparently the new prices were put on the menu yesterday.

Deviled crab was awesome(favorite app) fried alligator is really good . Oysters big and clean and the homemade crackers are phenomenal (I could eat just that by itself) . Corn and shrimp bisque is different but I would recommend it.

Didn't care the turtle boudin, I will report back with entrees in a little while.

Definitly worth a try with an awesome atmosphere.

That's a pretty good tactic, I suppose. Troll everybody with absolutely outrageous menu prices before you open, so when you do so with prices that are only slightly out of whack from what customers would likely expect, they won't be too outraged.

Crawfish fettuccini

Blackened redfish

Lost trout - on top of crawfish étouffée, it was delicious

Speckled butter beans

Pretty sure that is a federal law. Same reason you dont see largemouth bass in any restaurant

Thanks for the pics. Looks good. Any overall thoughts?

Anyone else have any thoughts? Bumping this because I'm considering going their in the near future. The menu does seem a little more reasonable, but some items are still a little pricey.

my parents have beenand raved about it. Its on my list of upcoing places to go. FYI my parents are really classic when it comes to their pallats. So this was way out of the box for them and I was shocked they loved it so much.

I really liked it. I am headed back to NOLA in 2 weeks and plan on going here, along with Peche and NOLA smokehouse over the course of the weekend.

I saw this on Facebook so I'm assuming they added stuff to the menu.

Not sure if you saw it or not but I posted a review this morning with some pics from Sunday. I saw the duck pizza on the menu but none of us ordered it. Also saw someone with it at the bar and looked pretty solid

I went here on Saturday evening. There is so much potential. Service was great, food was great, fairly short menu, Jucifer on tap, but holy shite was it over priced. $26 for the redfish wouldn't be bad but the filet was no bigger than my hand. Grilled oysters were as good as anywhere but I'm scared to know how much they cost.

It was basically $80 pp for apps. We left hungry.

They have the most outrageous prices in the city, it's almost comical

I can only think their target customer is a know nothing tourist, because there is no way a person from NOLA eats there and becomes a regular

I ate here a month or two ago. Everything I had was absolutely delicious. The prices are outrageous though. I'll go to either Cochon or Peche nearby instead every time.

Its a good restaurant, but yeah, the prices are absolutely obscene.
