I've said this before.
Bring in Blue Oak to run the kitchen. He would sell 5x the wings there.
Also, dump the 10 year old shelf turd imports that no one buys.

Snooty Cooter was a breath of fresh air in the place (if that was possible before going smoke free), but the food and front bar needed some work. I like the place. Hope it works out.
