From a group that's never run a food operation? I wouldn't hold my breath.

Host popups and/or foodtrucks wanting to start a brick and mortar.

I wonder if they can? I'm guessing some folks somewhere would probably raise a fuss about that.

It's been a while since I've been in there, but they need to lower the beer prices, fire a certain female bartender and keep the limey.

You mean Stanley hudsons Rastafarian brother?

I know they are going to revamp the kitchen and cut the beer list significantly since most of it collects dust.

Bring in Blue Oak to run the kitchen. He would sell 5x the wings there.

Also, dump the 10 year old shelf turd imports that no one buys.

I'm pumped for this news.

I don't think I've interacted with him long enough to know that he was a flaming douche.

Snooty Cooter was a breath of fresh air in the place (if that was possible before going smoke free), but the food and front bar needed some work. I like the place. Hope it works out.

Can we stop calling the craft beer section the "Snooty Cooter" now?

That's him. What a piss poor attitude that guy has. Doesn't help that the food they're slinging isn't very good either. At least the oysters are always solid.
