Not yet 80, although I feel like it sometimes. I guess you're right. I'm talking early 1990s.

Kind of - he has Chelea's as a music venue and mid city beer garden that has some of Chelsea's old menu items

I know that I ate there as a child…. My mom was from new roads….
Ralph and kaccos was sold twice and went from mediocre to horrible before it closed for good….
The Olindes had a great resturant…..
