I keep getting blasted with ads for Caraway.

All of my stuff is old. What does the board recommend for new, attractive, safe, non-stick cookware? TIA

I buy a 12" Teflon skillet from Wal Mart once every 2 years are so. For pots I've been buying Winco. Either at Restaurant Depot or online. In their upper tier pots they do make some attractive looking stainless models. Myself, I really dont worry about what a pot looks like, I just want it cook cook well and be easy to clean.

Bacon fat will make any pan non-stick for eggs.

I only have the 12 in. fry pan, and love it, but I think you might be really pleased with this brand:

pat of butter or grease in a seasoned carbon steel skillet is as non stick as you can get. Wipe it out and put it away when you’re done
