Recommend me a good paring knife

I tried skinning pork belly the other day and realized I have nothing in my kitchen worth a shite to do jobs where sharpness is key. Any suggestions?

Yep. I just got a Victorinox paring knife, and it works well. I already had the chef's knife and slicing knife. All great.
