I still can't believe the owners of the strip mall with Sullivan's have let that place go down so much.
The owners want an asinine amount of money for rent over there. At one point (about 6 months ago) they were asking $10,000 per month for the old CiCI’s pizza location. Don’t recall the exact square footage, but it’s not much.
90%+ of businesses can not survive paying absurdly high cost of rent like that in a below average location. Either the owners have too much money and don’t care, or they’re just greedy and clueless with that location.

The Arab gas station is just as guilty. Dude wants an insane amount to sell out and zero chance he ever does a nice renovation or runs off the dregs that camp outside the store.

It was certainly a thriving area 15 years ago. Fox and the Hound, Sullivan's, Melting Pot, Clicks, Hooters. I realize some of those places are still open but they are a shell of what they were.
My wife used to go blow way too much money at Red Door Interiors and it's gone too now.

This is very strange. I live off corporate and every time I pass or go there, it's always busy.

There’s a big fight going on between the owners of that shopping center that’s preventing anything being done to improve that place it’s been going on for years.

I always hit up the store at Jeff/Druscila - no lobby so the drive thru was lightning fast.
Old school old Fast Track Canes are the best

I used to eat at that location all the time in my younger days. It was always busy and well run.
I would guess that it wasn’t losing money, they just want out of that specific location.

They lease that spot. Owner wanted 60% increase in rent. They refused to oblige.

Our rent is very high there. In return you do not get much. Not even any landscaping.

And it was once one of the most visible locations in BR. Not anymore. I'm sure the Siegen location kills that one in sales?

Competition too much for them.
CC’s pizza and that car wash must’ve put them out of business.

I really wish the narcs would shut that place down. It’s pretty much an open-air drug den.
