She sounds burned out and like she'd rather be doing anything other than her show.

What side are you referring to? There's no flat side to make the perpendicular cuts to finish the dice...

i didnt know there was another way to cut an onion

I can’t find a video or picture online, so you get a shittily drawn picture.
Imagine it's a whole sphere. It's the same concept as the video, but you're doing it to the whole onion as opposed to a half.

No I understood it fine, but in the last 2 steps, there's no flat edge to keep the onion from rolling. It's a completely unsafe way to cut something.
Not to mention you waste more by not having the root holding it together.

By the time you've sliced it down both ways and flip it on it's side and hold it down, it flares out and isn't round. It stays put.

Yield is the same. The last little bit you don't slice takes a few quick chops to dice. Regardless, we're talking about a 35 cent onion.

Probably why she is the way she is now. Has to be depressing to always act fake on tv all the time.

She looks like a blimp

The audience erupting into cheers at the end cracked me up

I rather picture Ms. Ray as she looks in the top pic.

She looks like Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

Just wondering how many of you comment or even notice when a male chef gains weight.
Emeril
John Besh's weight hasn't fluctuated too much, but it's there.

If I was a chef I'd be full on Paul Prudhomme

On the upside, taking the time to find the pictures distracted me from taking the nap that was calling my name at a completely inappropriate time.
