Stopping by Rabideaux’s this afternoon (in one hour). I’ve read here a dozen times they have the GOAT sausage. Other than regular smoked sausage, any recommendations?

Late to the party but their tasso, smoked andouille (GOAT), and smoked sausage are all very good.

Green onion sausage and bring an ice chest to stock the freezer.
