She knows I'd eat it. That's why she likes me more.

Tracking with this Keto tracker has shown me how inaccurate MFP can be. The variance in calories between the two is crazy, but I get the macro counts from MFP.. so theoretically the calorie counts should be the same.
Nope.
How much can you really trust the macros?

Your body will tell you. Listen to it. It knows.

I have been doing carb cycling since Feb 1st. Im 5'6" 33 yrs old. Started 165, now im 151. But im eating more times than i ever have. 6 times a day instead of 2-3.
I work out (weights only) for an hr every day during my lunch break at work, 5days a week. Im the type that when i start somehing i am ocd with it. Me and my wife both are in above avg shape for our age. We both cook a shite ton of baked chicken breast, ground turkey, and roasted potatos every sunday and meal prep for every single day. We weigh everything we eat, only way to keep it consistent. My arms, chest, and stomach is more defined now at 33 than it ever was at any point in my life. I allow one cheat meal one day a week, usually saturday for me. I really need to start cardio, that would really help trim some extra fat and look more defined. Only cardio i do now is basketball league one night a week and softball tournys on saturdays.
My main problem is sept-december every yr. I always say screw it, its football season and holidays i am eating what i want. And i always end up adding back 10-15lbs every single yr. Then start back january and cut that weight back off. I really need to be more strict during that last part of each year.
Everyone seems to be doing good in here. I am interrested in IF and may try it out for a month in may or june.

Itis of anything means inflammation. Since you're getting back into ketosis (an anti-inflammatory diet) it will go away with time. Like 777, resting helps. Eating to satiety to help the body heal up.

We had free sushi at work today! How can you past that shite up! Tons of raw tuna and about 1 cup of rice was inhaled!
Posted on 3/23/16 at 5:41 pm to tke_swamprat
Eat the fish, forget the rice. Acquire macros

It was my only carbs. I ran this am which makes me hungry at all hours! I have 2 more races coming up, CCC and a half marathon on Grand Isle. Then I'm on a running break

Good luck at CCC. BEAT THE BUNNY!!
Posted on 3/23/16 at 5:51 pm to BRgetthenet
I'm aiming to be in the 46-48 min range. I have a bunny outfit but the wife doesn't let me use it. It's for the university.

The Bunny, and Peep won't sniff that time.
If any of them will, it's the Carrot.

thanks for the info. I've looked into the PSMF before. I'm gonna read thru the Rapid Fat Loss handbook and try to do that for a week or two to shake things up.
