THIS^^^^^^^^^

It is amazing how hard people will try to sabotage/ridicule your diet. The people I work with are constantly making comments about how they eat "real food" when they see me eating stuff like salads with grilled chicken breast. Meanwhile they are eating candy, chips, ramen, and fast food everyday.

Yea some of my coworkers are like me and really strict. The others just ridicule us. I just ignore them or tell them to go eat another cheeseburger fatty. shite gets old though.

How long do you guys usually take it? Until about 2 is what I think I saw for this cycle?

Take it 16 or 18 hours total. Whatever you can handle. Truthfully length is up to you but 14 to 16 is usually mon recommended

A lot of people where I work eat out for lunch, and that's about as bad as it gets. I love to get out of the office for lunch, but it saves me money and my diet to eat at my desk. Sometimes I still succumb to the desire to get out of the office (stressful mornings especially). If I don't leave my desk, I basically get bombarded with requests and questions all day long. Gets old.

Plenty of my coworkers eat at their desk, too, and a lot of them eat fairly well most of the time. If they don't, they certainly don't ridicule me for not wanting to eat out or eat something bad. They ask me if I want to go grab lunch, I say "nah, I brought lunch. Thanks though, maybe next time" and they say okay and go on about their business.

We have a few people that clearly lift, bro, and nobody says anything to them about what they eat, either. I find it odd that anyone should care about that, anyway.

Sounds like you guys work with some real assholes.

I have no idea about most of the stuff you guys are doing. Just want to be one of the gang.

One of these days I am going to add gym work to my regimen.

Finished a 18 hr fast after 12 mins. Of HIIT and then 30 min brisk walk on inclined tread mill. Just killed a 8oz burger patty with melted colby Jack on top....some green beans and half a chicken breast.

I went out last night and kept it keto. Chimes of all joints, where the beer flows like wine.

I got some looks and questions from my folks, and even the waitress, when I said I'd have water.

I flip the coin on them. I ask how they can eat that crap (usually white starchy shite). My mom asked if I was gonna cheat Sunday with all the good food we'd have at Easter. I said, that stuff isn't good. She asked what's good then?

My answer:

Pizza, 4 of them

Ive only gotten it once ever and it was from doing frequency method chins everyday for weeks. All i had to do was take a few days off and then switch to neutral grip.

Elbow stuff isnt my area because i have never really had problems so i have never really researched it.

I have golfers elbow but it's not from golf. I can't do any pulling exercises at all or it kills. I'm icing and taking NSAIDS.

I do work with assholes, good thing is I am one too. We are a very small office and are very close knit and they are just used to me paying for lunch everyday and expensing it and just get annoyed they have to pay themselves now.

Chimes at least has some decent food options for keto.. can get a steak, wings, chicken breast, caesar salad, etc.
