Sometimes I hate science.
Although basically impossible, Bill Gates needs to spend some monday and make Keto IPAs.
Im already starting to hate drinking mich ultra and Titos.
F the people that can just chug whatever they want and stay fairly ripped.

They can't.
Either they are trading off somewhere or they are still young.

Right, but you are trading off somewhere. It's not like you are eating whatever you want and maintaining rippedness.
Plus my post was a bit just playing around.

I'm pretty sure I delivered a 2 pound food baby yesterday expelling the remnants of whatever was left in my body from my NOLA visit.

If it's mich ultra or Titos, I'm drinking Titos.
Problem is, I always wake up the next day to see a trail of destruction in my house.
Things get dicey when the Titos comes out.

Anything you ate in particular you wanna talk about?
I'm hungry. May as well be miserable thinking about good food too.

Keto IPAs
If you brew your own beer, you can make super tasty hoppy beer that has similar calories and carbs to Bud lite.

Honestly, the food experience was tough. We had too many people to ever really pull much off. Tried going to coops but failed and went to a bar just down the road instead to get the party started.
Had a pretty tasty omelette from cafe fleur-de-lis, enjoyed some red beans and rice and jambalaya from Mother's and had a po-boy from some little corner store that nobody knows how to get into, and I sure as hell don't remember the name of...it was tiny and the only took cash, that's about all I remember.
Every place I went to was good, but the next time I go back will be better. We had too many people to try and actually experience any restaurants while we were out. Most calories consumed were in the form of liquid

thanks for the info. I've looked into the PSMF before. I'm gonna read thru the Rapid Fat Loss handbook and try to do that for a week or two to shake things up.
What's your MFP username? I'd like to view your diary if you don't mind.

You still going to attempt 4 large pizzas?

I'm gonna see what kind of damage I do at the family gathering.
Gonna try to keep it clean there.
I'm reconsidering Pizza Hut too. Might find something better.

What is everyone eating today? I had a Victory bar this morning.(Similar macros but cheaper and better tasting than kind bars) Just finished off 3 burritos with 1/2 a pound of lean turkey, sour cream ,ghost pepper salsa, jalapenos and shredded cheese using Extreme Wellness high fiber/low carb tortillas.

Just discovered macadamia nuts are a perfect keto snack. 0 net carbs. Only 19 bucks a pound. Also some peppered salami sliced and cheese cubes.
Lunch is grilled chicken cease salad.
