I posted some last summer.

the gyros lamb/beef combo is fairly lean
Eating out that style of food, I stick with kafta kabob, chicken kabob (Shish Taouk), or chicken shawarma.
I usually get hummus and salad as my sides. I fit the hummus into my daily carbs, the serving they give you usually isn't that much.

I didn't know the gyros meat is carby. Guess since it's a mix they throw bread crumbs and stuff to hold it together?
How much hummus did you account for? I think it's usually a half cup.

I did 3 things
1. Skin fold caliper (1 week before the show)
2. Handheld machine that one of the guys I knew was using (day of the show. I don't think this thing is very accurate)
3. Hydrostatic Weighing (best way, I think)(1 week before the show)

How much cardio do you mix in? When I say a 1-2 hour bike ride, I'm generally talking averaging 15-20mph depending on route, so upwards of 20-35miles. Lots of calories burned, high intensity. Not sure if it will work this time around, but I'm hoping so.
I've been down to 15 before, but that was when I was 20-22. I'm 27 now with those 5-7 years involving lots of boozing.
How many are you consuming per day?
So just now seeing this post you asked me to chime in on. Honestly unless you have a really good since of portion size and eat the same things so you know how much you are eating you will eventually struggle if you aren't going to weigh and log.
AS far as cardio goes, have at it but you honestly are going to be doing way way to much doing that but if you enjoy it have at it. But make no mistake about it, you will not out work a bad diet and if you are in a deficit that much cardio is going to cause some muscle loss. But if you enjoy, do it. Life is way too short to skip out on things you enjoy.
I don't know what your weight, height and bf% are but if your TDEE is around 2000kcals, thats a ton of food if eaten correctly.
BY correctly I mean either eat clean, eat keto or eaten using intermittent fasting. If you love to be able to eat a dessert/whatever you want you would be better eating using the if it fits your macros style eating clean as much as possible. IF you love meat and fat then eat keto, if you love huge meals, then combine one of the two with intermittent fasting.
honestly though unless you are willing to track cals you will eventually run into plateaus that you can not overcome.
why not do something more sensible and lift instead of spending so much time doing cardio?

I'll step up. Let's see if anyone else follows.
From really fat to just sorta fat:
Before pic was probably 285, a couple weeks into diet. Was up in the 300s before that.
5'9, 219, ~20-21% BF

The edamame hummus I snack on only has 4g per serving. I was shocked and its bomb.

I don't have any comparison pics, but this is after about 6 weeks of keto and Wendler. I'm gonna be out eating pizza all day Sunday, so I'll do a comparison in another month or so.
