I'm just trying to get back to where my wife pulls up a chair and a big bucket of popcorn to watch me shower the way she used to. I'm almost there.

I'm a bit skeptical about this. Have y'all seen what a 5% guy looks like?
Don't go raging on me. Just discussing.
I am not trying to get to 5% and honestly I have no desire to compete nor any desire to really get that lean.
As far as being skeptical on my 8%, I have 173 pounds of LBM right now and weighed 198 yesterday which puts me at about 13%. Losing 9 lbs of fat would put me damn close to 8%. So its not like i am exaggerating.
Btw I am not a bodybuilder nor do I look like one. My arms are only a shade under 16" cold. All my muscle is in my back and legs(especially hamstrings). I tend to focus more on the lifts and just eating decent. This is the first year I have said frick it and went all out on a cut.
Also for those wondering my prescription Testosterone replacement still only puts me in the mid 600's on the total testosterone test which is average for a 33 year old. I have been bugging my doctor to up the dosage some because if I am going to go through all this bullshite I want to feel like superman, but he won't budge.

Right there with you
My weak points have always been my arms
My strong points have always been my back and legs (mostly quads)

I've taken OTC Test booster, but I may have to go get checked and see what can be done. A stronger test booster would be great

How does one get these numbers? In other words, how would I know how to measure?
Please don't kill me.

I like the one where he says,

You can use calipers to estimate BF%. I happened to have a bod pod done a while back on top of using calipers. The Bod Pod is really accurate.
Measurements and calipers show I have gained 1.5lbs of lean body mass and lost 14 lbs of fat/water in the last 8 weeks.
Honestly I wouldn't worry to much on BF%, well knowing exactly what it is anyways. Take measurements of your arms, chest around nipples, thighs, calves and shoulders to track muscle loss/gain and use a measurement around the naval to track fat loss.
I look at it this way, if my lifts are getting stronger and my arms/calves/shoulder measurements are staying close to the same/slightly increasing while my waist is going down....well then I am doing good.
So in other words, if I lose 10lbs but I lost close to half an inch in my arms but only a quarter inch off my waist, well I prolly am losing muscle as fast as I am losing fat.
This is assuming somebody is not carrying much water weight and is not carrying a ton of fat on their arms/calves.

Ya, I get curious, but that's as far as it goes.
I'm 5'10, 162 but I don't lift at all.
Just swim, bike, run and play tennis.
Plus I'm old, so my real test is that my SO thinks I'm hot.
