I was 233 in January.
I'm 219 now.

I talked to bus yesterday about this. Weight isn't really coming down, but I'm getting leaner and putting muscle on, so I'm not sure I'm worried about the scale as much anymore.
I'm not sure I was realistic about the 205 number.

Why not? That is only 15 more pounds. How tall are you? Do you think you would have a six pack at 205?

Probably.

I don't think I have 15 lbs of fat left to give though. I'd look emaciated and sick I think.

I don't know. When I get the BF % done, I'll know more about what I need to get down to.

I've just been asking the baws and taking all the bro advice so far.

honestly the angled face with jaw line only looks good on certain people. I personally don't like the way I look that away as far as face goes, but I'm married so I could give too shits. AS long as I get and keep a full six pack I could care less what my face looks like. shite it was ugly before, so not like its going to make a difference.

Same here. I came in from 2 weeks in the field once when I was in the Corps after not having seen my face in a mirror.

I looked deathly. It doesn't look good on me either.

Tips on LCHF eating out at Albasha? Going tomorrow evening..

Obviously the chicken shwarma salad, and the gyros lamb/beef combo is fairly lean. My go-to is usually a combo plate, sub out the rice for extra salad, but I probably should avoid the hummus (my favorite )

Thinking I may change it up and get a grilled lamb shank or something.
