LBM matters a lot in how you look at a particular %. Someone carrying more muscle will look better. Look at conor McGregor and gsp. similar % and frame, but gsp carrying way more muscle.

You'll find the "diet" rather luxurious and tasty.

Solid Keto meal.
Reverse seared Ribeye (got really cheap whole ribeye from Canseco's for $4/lb), my version of La Boca's provoleta, and some roasted asparagus

Did some soul searching and gut checking this weekend..
I tracked all of my food and drink meticulously. Turns out I have likely been vastly underestimating how much I eat on weekends, to the tune of ~500cals/day. I think I've found my problem. Because I keep my cals at ~1900/day during the week, I don't give myself much wiggle room on weekends, as my TDEE (sedentary activity level) is ~2200-2300cals.
On top of this, my macros are all out of balance. I have been eating fat almost at keto levels, yet not enough protein and too many carbs. During the week my portion sizes have been appropriate, yet I remain hungry a lot. I don't think I can comfortably cut my portion sizes or I'll be hungry all of the time and will want to eat everything in sight.
Because of this, I want to reduce my caloric intake without really downsizing portions too badly. That means I could either drastically reduce fat and increase protein (I don't want to increase carbs), or cut out carbs altogether and go keto, and keep my love of fatty foods. I've chosen the latter. This morning, I've boarded the Keto pain train. I had 1.5oz pork belly, 3 whole eggs, and 2 servings of broccoli.
My GF's dad is a long-term ketard, so at their family functions there are always keto-friendly options at mealtime.
TL;DR - Did some soul searching, realized I was not tracking properly on weekends; decided to go keto again.

Anybody with IF knowledge know if preworkout will break the fast? I've been using GFUEL by gamma labs and it's 25cal/serving. Don't have any BCAA's at the moment but plan on taking them eventually as well

Cheat Meal from Friday
Went to Coyote Blues (chips and salsa are my weakness)
Ordered the Ultimo Nachos
and stopped at WalMart on the way home for some Butter Pecan Ice Cream
