Silly Paul,
The GOAT wing joint is, and about this there can be no debate, Blue Oak in Chicki-wah-wha.
Buffalo inferno (25) and a side of Brussels
I don't eat in B dubs, but I do pick up bottles of the Thai curry sauce and make them at home.

I gotcha bro. What's the best place around BR?

Quaker steak and lube is supposed to be pretty good. I've never had it, but I've heard things.
Chimes has good buffalo wings. Naked with sauce. Their blue cheese is the best anywhere. You probably know that though.

I heard that. Thanks for the advice. So on keto, does one have to monitor calories closely if you're consuming virtually zero carbs?

Really? So then what's the ideal caloric intake for one that's lifting and doing cardio?

What's this person's height and weight?
How active?
What program are they doing?

Trust the fattest fatass in this thread when it comes to wings in BR: For me, pluckers is #1, TJ Ribs wings are #2, Chimes are #3
I love buffalo wings. I could literally eat them every day.

Would like to be 205-210 with 12-15% body fat
Thanks!

I would like to think that at 5'11", you should be able to get down into the 170's.
That first serve power comes from the torque and horse load you bring to the table. Packing on a bunch of useless muscles is only gonna slow you down for those tiebreakers at the end of a long set.

You're hurting if trying to eat 4k calories on keto. Belive me, I am doing it now, and not making it.
Track your calories if you want (I still do for data reasons), but your body will let you know. You have to really push to consume that much which makes you hate food.
Once you reach your goal you get bored
, so I like to overeat or fast and see how my body reacts. I guess you can say I am "bulking" because I am lifting heavy (for me) as well. I am still getting into lifting and consider more of a side 2nd hobby than a real hobby.

With all due respect, I disagree. I have wide shoulders. I was my current height (5'11") and weighed 165 in 8th grade. Was athletic my entire life. Why would I get into the 170's?
Posted on 3/11/16 at 8:38 am to Paul Allen
I would suggest the same thing Paul. Try to get down to a really low bodyfat and then slowly build back up.
