I'm looking forward to a carb night.

Been looking forward to one for a while.
Mine is gonna be pizza though. Already have it planned out.

I'll follow it with a 16 hour fast though.

I must say, I don't know if it was because I was that hungry or not, but 2 cheat meals ago I went to Mellow Mushroom in Baton Rouge. Got the Mighty Meaty
Best pizza I can remember having in a long time...

Bus -- where do you find Halo Top in NOLA? Whole Foods?

Starting to get back strict keto. Lost over 100 lbs in 2014, maintained in 2015 but ready to get to the next stage.

LSUweights, is there any kind of logic behind a cheat meal other than to not drive yourself crazy.

I crushed some chinese hungover Sunday morning but still limited the carbs pretty well.

3 weeks in and zero cravings when not hungover or drunk but def. going well. starting to see some serious veins in my arms again and not just when im lifting.

I thought cheat meals were proven to be metabolism catalysts

Weighing in tomorrow for week 5. Been very constipated this week. Ate good all week aside from Friday night having cheesecake and ice cream...and drank beer on both Friday and saturday. Hoping to just not gain any this week.

they can be, but so is just spending a week eating at or above your TDEE if you've been in a deficit for a while. Eating at maintenance for a few days every few weeks has positive impacts upon hormones like Leptin, Insulin, Test, Cortisol, etc.
Many, if not most, people find sticking to a large deficit for a long period of time to be very hard and will often times binge and completely screw up their diet. So the maintenance weeks are to help alleviate those issues.

So I attempted this low carb tiger butter recipe.

Haven't tasted it yet, as I stay fasted til about noon.

Don't pay attention to the fancy kitchen and the poor man's double boiler.

What it's supposed to look like:

My bars I made a while back were the same.
I used the wrong size form. Doesn't matter.

Those look awesome.

Dropping more water weight since I have completely dumped carbs, I assume.

Baws, if you find this cheese:

GET IT. God damn it's good. Found a huge block of it at Costco this weekend. I have been eating ~2-3oz/day of this stuff and it's always as good as the first time.

I've been throwing Kale and Spinach into my JJ watt brand double chocolate shite with low cal almond milk .

It's actually pretty good honestly. Hardly notice the lettuce which was a shocker.

I've been crushing pork rinds, trying to hide them from the public. I feel like someone is going to come up to me and be like "are you eating fried pork skins?" "why yes, yes I am. "
