Just had to lie to get out of a super bowl party.

I don't have the willpower to be around good food today. Damn, I hate hermit mode.

Good week with 2.4 lbs down, and 5.5 lbs in 4 weeks. Hope I can keep this up and crack the 200 mark by the end of February. Will be first time under 200 in probably over 20 years. If and when I reach my goal of 190, I will just have to set another goal of maybe 175/180.

Was damn hard not ordering a pizza before the big game, but I kept myself from doing it.

nice!

nerdy, but cool

i've finally starting losing, myself. trial and error has led me to the awful realization i simply cannot eat more than 1200 calories a day, no matter how much time i put in at the gym. so i'm down to an hour a day there and actually dropping weight!

Uh oh. My mom wants to hit Casa Garcia for her birthday.

With 4 people at the table, at least I won't be able to eat as many chips and dip.

Need to reallllly behave all week to clear some room for Saturday. Anyone got a stomach virus they want to pass to me....how about a nice tapeworm?

I don't know about you, but as long as I don't eat one, I can avoid them altogether. One leads to a whole basket.

Just a thought.

i've been baking wheat tortillas and using those like chips.

and eating the sams salsa that has to be refridgerated. the numbers on it aren't bad. of course you could always make your own. its pretty easy.

but of course...everything in moderation (BOOOOO)

That's over 30 lbs <6 weeks, not so sure that's a good idea. Moderation is better long term than quick loss. But congrats, and check with a doctor.

Now I am really getting worried about Saturday. I seem to be on a little run here and I don't want to muck it up and put myself back in plateausville.

But...at night I dream of dancing fajitas and jalapenos.

Damn birthdays. Mine is in a month too.
