An inexplicable mid-week weight gain up to near 250. Have NO clue how. Have not strayed or binged on garbage. May have just been a bit of "clogged plumbing" . I even photographed a wedding last night and did not touch all that awesome wedding food. Not a morsel.

Still a week ahead of my goal. Hopefully I can drop a few more by next weekend when I will unabashedly throw my diet into the garbage and gorge on armadillo eggs, sausage, beer, jambalaya, pasta, meat loaf, etc. etc....

I had no idea what this thread was about until I read the "blowout in public places thread".

I'll start out by saying that I have not had an alcoholic beverage since LSU vs WVU last year. At that time, I weighed roughly 345. By July 1 I was down to about 315. We recently started weight watchers (7/17/12) at work and I decided to make a change. I'll start with that date and post the updates.

My goal is 235.

As of yesterday here is My progress:

315/299.0/235

Yesterday was the first time I could say that I weigh two something in probably 5+ years.

Welcome I'm kind of new here as well. Everyone's been very cool and supportive.

Not an official puttadaforkdown team member, but doing some low carb, lean protein, fresh veggie diet type thing.

Any go to recipes or dishes. Not really burnt out on grilled chicken, fish, lean beefs, etc, just looking to venture out a little prior to falling off the wagon.

Looking for dishes such as lettuce wraps, eggplant lasagnas, or some kind of seafood dishes Thanks in advance

Squash Spaghetti is a good one. LINK

Follow these steps and just add your normal sauce. My wife has done the Eggplant lasagnas and it comes out really good, she also addes zucchini to it. Another idea is making pizza with the eggplant being your crust. Hope these work out for you or give you some ideas.

Be careful, most of the recipes on there are really good and it's easy to overeat . Especially the quiches.

I had 3 horrific days in a row. So bad, I don't even have the courage to step on the scale.

I've declared a state of emergency and enacted the Cadfast Initiative.

Lester,

You really are nothing more than an ugly troll. Two and one half years later I am still 140 pounds lower than my peak.

Suck it a-hole.

You just don't get it Lester. The inspiration is:

A. That I am still over 140 pounds lost 2.5 years later.
B. That I keep picking myself up and working to keep the weight off.

I'm human Lester and I am never going to be able to completely control my bad habits but as long as I have more good days than bad, I will never get back to the horrible days of my past.

Are you a jealous fatty? I lurk these threads because I like seeing people transform their bodies in real life. This thread is very encouraging and if others were as motivated as the guys in this thread something could be done to combat obesity. If you don't have anything positive to contribite stop littering this thread with your weak trolls.
