DAMN YOU HOT DIP!!!!!

Hot dip Ingredients
-Sour Cream
-Cream cheese
-Shredded cheese
-Bacon bits
-Chives
-jalepenos
-Crack (ok maybe not, but it sure feels like it)

Mix all ingredients except shredded cheese. Top with cheese and warm in oven. Serve with Fritos.

I include all of that to illustrate why I feel like a blimp this morning. Not sure what the damage is this morning, but I looked last night and I had gained SIX pounds since yesterday morning.

Dammit is all I have to say.

The last 2 weeks have been ugly. I went off the rails.

I am back and today I will be Cadfasting. I've tossed out all the remaining evil carbs lurking in my apartment and I will be hitting Atkins hard until October 1.

I am headed to full hermit bunker mode. I pretty much will be telling everyone that I am dead to them until October 1.

Work is going to be the sore spot. I need my coffee or I will die. If I didn't drink coffee I could avoid the kitchen for 2 months.

Hermit mode activated.....

Dang it! Hermit Mode is going to be tough. I forgot August is birthday month. Everyone I know has a birthday in August or at least it feels that way.

I won't be able to hide. I'll have to rely on my weak arse willpower.

Prayers sent Myth.

This weekend hasn't been terrible. I went grocery shopping for the week and I'm going back to basics. No junk in the house and all my meals planned out.

Also on my run this morning I decided that maybe stopping lifting weights was a bad idea. Now that I'm going longer my legs are actually starting to hurt. Part of me wonders if going back to a lower body focused workout my ease that some. I've had some horrible runs this week and it's not really me losing breath as much as it is my legs hurting on hills.

Father of food gods forgive me for I have sined. I cooked a large pot of jambalaya,drank many dogfish beers and lost my arse at cards. The weight gain will be... Well I don't know but I'm drunk as a skunk. My God have mercy on my soul.

Back from vacation, could have been worse

7 lbs gained since fri before last. The cardio workout today should be rough, as well as getting my appetite back under control.

It looks like im not going to hit my goal before vacation, but I WILL CONTROL MYSELF, I WILL CONTROL MYSELF in the next two weeks while im out.

mystery gain, or maybe late side effects from drinking last Friday? Could also be some water weight from the pre-workout I took yesterday, which has creatine in it.
