Resisted chocolate cake and ice cream at a birthday party yesterday. Workouts are going well. I am trying to get to 235 by labor day weekend.

302/256.4/245 Up from a new low of 255.6 yesterday.

So yesterday I ran for 35 minutes non stop. Including my walking warm up I ran a little over 5k in 42 minutes. I guess the rest of couch to 5k is a formality now and I can begin working on getting my time down. I've got a ways to go but I feel confident after yesterday. The diet has been so so this weekend but not as bad as the last few weekends lol.

Good job on the progress and keep up the hard work.

Had a birthday cheat yesterday but it wasn't to bad. Ran 4 miles at an 8:30 pace and cut my grass before it rained. Leaving Saturday for the beach, below my goal weight. So at this point it's get as low as I can before I go and hope the damage isn't to bad while I'm there.

I'm at such a loss.
363/273.6/250

I'm so frustrated.. someone suggested I go see a doctor, maybe they can shed some light. I log all of my food intake and cardio exercise, and hold no punches. Err on the side of exaggeration. I should leaving enough of a deficit to lose 2 pounds/week, not even including exercise.

I wish I knew what to say Hulk. I can imagine how frustrating it must be. The only thing I can say is stick with it. I feel like all the good stuff you're doing will pay out at some point. Keep your head up dude.

this blimp just landed safely back home. Forgot to bring the WC scale with me. I'll have my official post-N.O. weigh-in tomorrow. probably not as catastrophic as Katrina but it will be bad. Ruth's Chris Saturday, Cafe Du Monde Sun Morning, Pizza last night. Room service Pastries and Pancakes for breakfast today. I've had more carbs in three days than I normally get in a month.

I gained a few pounds just reading that

260 / 258.2 / 200

1st week wasn't too bad considering I went to visit the In-Laws for a Birthday. Drank a lil too much on Saturday. Did a lot of walking though (5.5m on Friday / 3.2m on Saturday / 3m on Sunday)

hi guys! just checking in.

had an awesome weekend. 7 bike races in huntsville wore my arse completely out..got to do 2 pro/1/masters with chris brown and brian toone! those guys are bad-asses so it was an honor to ride along side them even though they dropped me like nothing when they decided to "really" race hard.

i think i'm 193 this morning even though i sweated probably 5 gallons of water out this weekend. i literally have never gone through so many bottled waters in my life. i packed 32 in a cooler and those were gone on the first day.

i raced 81 miles saturday and another 30 or so yesterday and it was a sauna out.

CAD I think it's come down to 1 of 2 things for me to bust through and start losing again:

Carbo-overload one weekend
OR
Increase caloric intake to 2500 for a week or two to attempt to get my metabolism running again

Ideas/thoughts? This question is for more than just cad

Might be something to it. I was terrible two weeks ago and I started losing again afterward.

Back to my lowest. Today is an IF day so I should be down tomorrow.

Oh yeah I'm down from a 42" size in pants to a 38". I haven't been in 38's since like early in high school.
