Im more impressed by the fact that you lose weight by not exercising and gain or maintain when training hard.

6 pound gain since Wednesday

An entire weekend of going out and drinking I guess will do that. Ran 4.5 miles today, and Monday is chest, Did 4 sets of 8 bench, incline. decline, and flies. Decided to superset it with 5 push ups in between each set. I will have a perfect week of working out and eating. Determined to get back in the 240's by the end of the week.

If I don't get my computer working soon, I am going to eat a 40,000 calorie ice chest of ice cream to soothe my misery.

I need a 12 step internet addiction program!!!

Maybe the heated discussions in the thread have also heated our metabolisms.

What's wrong with the computer Myth?

Dropped some weight in the last 24 hours. It usually takes till midweek for this to happen. Unexpected weight loss has me pumped. Bad news, this drop will put me in class A for the Fat Boy 5k next week.

Problem is, a 12 pack if bud light is all my daily calories!

yup, you would lose weight if you ate less than 1700, but unless you cut your cals to 1200-1300ish, the wiehgt loss would be incredibly slow.

Depending the type of calories consumed you could see different results.

Bought it 3 months ago and it has worked great but I believe the motherboard went out. Main Bios Checksum Error. Gigabyte is supposed to send me a RMA# today but I haven't heard from them yet. Then I have to take the dang thing apart and send it back. Then wait for them to return a new mother board.

Now I'm worried Windows 7 will get pissy with me when I put in a new motherboard. I assume it won't as long as it is the same model# but who knows.

Oh, I'm up today (171.3)which is to be expected after 4800 mgs of sodium yesterday. Even though it was only 1200 calories.
