Been doing a realy good treadmill workout to change things up.
0-1min 3.5 mph
1-3min 4.0 mph
3-5min 4.7 mph
I do it for 35 minutes. It ends up being 2.5 miles and goes by fast because you are always switching things up. I then do 30-45 minutes of weight lifting
I'm 6'4" and used to be 313 lbs. I'm now 245 lbs and have dropped 10" total off my waist. I'm in some of the best shape of my life and love the new me.

Well, didn't reach the 40lb loss that was my goal for today (day before Thanksgiving). But, I DID lose 25lbs that I had and don't currently have. So, I'm pretty happy about that. About to leave for the day and will be off til next Monday and will be around a lot of awesome food. I gotta stay strong and keep exercising!

The other 15 will come in time. Have a great Thanksgiving(I'm eating whatever I want at lunch that day, bringing a turkey sandwich for dinner at work that night, then back on the diet Friday morning).

Weighed in at 221.2 this AM. Going to the LSU b-ball game tonight and enjoying Thanksgiving lunch tomorrow(Myth I'm gonna tear up some fried turkey skin!

i'm failing miserably
pumpkin bread for breakfast. i'll eat chocolate chip cupcake batter soon too, since i have to make some. i'm giving up for today! back on the wagon tomorrow. i had lost 2 pounds too.

Just put on the tightest pair of jeans I own to remind me I still got work to do and if I eat to much I might rupture my spleen.

No self contol/willpower. I'm stuffed plus the wife made a Fudge Brownie-Chocolate Chip-Cheese Cake. Whole new meaning to the term "swole". start anew tomorrow.

I tore up some of my aunts spinach dip, fried and roasted turkey, rice and cornbread dressings, green bean casserole, white rolls. It was a feast. I'll weigh tomorrow morning then not again til monday since I'll be in BR all weekend. Heading to work now though. Feasting for lunch was great, haven't been this full in 2 months. Back on the diet train now though.

The spinach dip was the main problem but I also went to town on the fried turkey.
Meatballs on a stick must be eaten, they must....they are on a stick.
I feel like I need at least a gallon of water. I'm guessing 3 pound gain tomorrow. Probably 236.3.

Good lord the fried turkey was insanely good. Injected with something quite tasty and an awesome rub on the outside. The skin was pure greatness.
Today I am content and stuffed. I'm sure tomorrow I will be bloated and pissed off.
UPDATE
Hmmm...I guess I did better than I thought. Only gained a touch over a pound. Only had 1 plate of food, although I picked at the turkey tray a lot, but I thought I ate enough dip, meatballs and mushrooms to gain over a pound just on the pre meal junk.

Are any of you still alive? Did you eat yourselves to death?
Scale lied to me yesterday. I am up another pound this morning.

I'm here! The scale is staying still for me. It's much easier to be in maintenance during the holidays than in losing mode.
I'm hoping that all of the leftover sweets get eaten today by my family during game time.
My husband made gumbo with our leftover smoked turkey. We're having that for the game today. I will eat brown rice with mine.
Lots of salad in the fridge but that doesn't seem to make it to my mouth like the sweets do.
