Slackhouse, only thing I've found to help me was icing them down every night after I get them. Seems to have helped keep them from hurting so much.
272/246/>225
This was my first weekend of full blown cheats. Drank a few margarita's and too much beer. But, it was worth it. Also ate a little more than I have been. Oh well, back in the saddle this week.
My motto is "Don't sweat the small stuff" so I'm not worried about it.

306/267/195 (day 65 39lbs lost)
Whats up guys haven't posted in while work and tournament ball with my daughter has been keeping me pretty busy. Dieting is getting harder for me on the weekends with traveling and sitting at the ball fields all weekend. I've been packing a lot of beef or turkey jerkey and cheese to snack on. So far I've been able to stay away from those great tasting nachos loaded down with peppers!
Signed up for my first 5K which is at the end of May. Never thought I would hear myself say that.
I've got to get myself motivated again to get back into the gym lifting weights kind of fell off the wagon the last two weeks.
CHEERS TO EVERYONE ON THEIR CONTINUED SUCSESS OF CHANGING THEIR LIFESTYLE!!!

Well....here it is. I didn't post yesterday incase of weekend fluke but I have some good news from my scale...
204/169.6/170...5'10" btw. It's been good and I feel great. To those of you looking for advice here are a few tidbits:
Diets involving fasting are silly. Only in America could we think that our ancestors had it right by not knowing where the next meals is coming from. Don't skip food for a day.
Low carb, no carb makes sense if you can't/won't excercise. Otherwise, enjoy some carbs...just go work them off with some healthy activity.
Remember that most food you buy is artificially sweetened. Stay away from corn syrup of any form. Food items were never meant to taste as good as we have made them. Understand the utility of food. It's there for energy. It's not supposed to be an orgasm on a plate. No one should look forward to every meal anymore than brushing their teeth.
Learn to like fruits and vegetables. Stay away from fruit juices.
Learn to like water with meals, stay away from soft drinks. Just because it says diet doesn't matter. It's still a melted sucker.
Your significant other will thank you for losing the weight.

Oh, you're doing it wrong. You always take the lowest one. Even if you know it's wrong.

Tx. It's amazing how much my tips seem like common sense to me. It was meant to have some humor to it; sorry if it sounds soap-boxy.

or.. low/no carb and exercise. You can lose weight perfectly fine on a carbohydrate diet as well. Exercise is a small part of losing weight.
Just saying. Congrats on reaching your goal.

Well, my dinner just killed my sodium levels for the day, but I'm below my numbers on everything else.
Went to the store today and got some Atkins friendly goodness to start tomorrow.

Not a good weigh to start a relationship with either.

Second day of either a gain or no loss. I think it may have been partially sodium. I had vegetable soup last night. The vegetables were frozen but the soup and the tomatoes were canned but lower sodium. Still ate two bowls though.
A slice of papa john's pizza at lunch may have had something to do with it too.....
When we're busy they provide us lunch which is never really all that good. I made a spinach salad with chicken and got the bright idea to make a dressing with olive oil and red wine vinegar and put it on the night before. I went a little overboard with the red wine vinegar and needless to say the salad was inedible.

I've done that before, too. There's a fine line when dealing with vinegar and when you go over, there's no turning back.
In other news, 191/186.5/170
Burned off the weekend cheats and it's only Wednesday! Prepping myself for a better weekend.
