I've got a family party to go to around 3pm. Lots of food and not much willpower could spell disaster.

k so it's official, my scale is broken. No joking or sarcasm here, it's really broken. It gives me lots of "e"s before it gives a weight. So this morning I tried it many, many times. It gave me weights of 271, 280, 273, 276, 272. Among those were probably 3-4 "E"s before it gave any kind of readout. So yeah.. I'd say it's time for a new scale.

I'd record the first weight before you buy a new one.

Today has been a very munchee kinda day- nothing too terrible, just a lot if little things. Trying to be good and push hard this week.

Just realized I haven;t had to change my battery in 2 years.

Heck, my flashlight batteries just went out yesterday and I have replaced those suckers in 5 years.

Decent weekend, cheated with some beer and pasta fri nite and slight cheats sat for a mexican lunch.Sun it was back to the grindstone with workout and low carb. Considering I was 189.5 fri morning I can't complain.

Just got back home yesterday from Baton Rouge. I figured I'd gained about 5 pounds from eating so much seafood. I stayed away from the fired foods and tried to at least run 1 mile each day while I was home. I was surprised that I actually lost 3 pounds. Back to the grind today.

Weekend damage wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I now have a good stretch with no major events going on to get to my goal.

Actually sensei is the one who brought it to my attention that something might be wrong with my scale.

Ran a 5K on Saturday, Adult Liquid Diet Sunday at French Quarter Fest

Last Week = Push

Going to go next 2 weeks no cheats, no vodka-water-limes, and gym every day!

not exactly the movement^ I was looking for. Sodium fluid due to pork roast and sausage likely the culprit. probably will be a victim again today with more delicious leftovers.

What are some good snacks? I currently eat Beef Jerky, and pork skins. I do not like any type of nuts. Havent tried yogurt yet, but is it worth it? Any suggestions I am willing to look into.

I miss the days when I was averaging ~ 2 lbs loss a week.
