not a new low..just got back down to my lowest. still havent hit 189.

last night i wasnt able to get a ride in..because my kids had a sports banquet.. B-A-N-Q-U-E-T. that i had to go to instead.

yep, 191 today. i really needed to get a ride in last night..and not just for my weight..got 2 races sat.

Not a big drop this week, but I had several cheats - including beer and then some bread pudding last night. No complaints. Hoping for a great weekend.

Getting better, still hurt from time to time. If I don't take my celebrex it's still pretty bad. I think my doc is also taking me for a ride a little bit. Check up every 2 weeks. Last time I sat in the waiting room for an hour, then we go into a room and he asks how my knees feel, i tell him they feel a lot better, if i take the celebrex no pain at all.. he says "ok, see you in 2 weeks. probably want to keep you on celebrex for 3-4 months, so next time you come in we'll get you a refill for your prescription" and that was it. 2 minutes. Glad I have insurance, but couldn't they have done that on the phone or something?

I would consider a second ( or third) opinion. No harm in doing that. Is there blood work every 2 wks that they are worried about?

no. no bloodwork.. he just keeps wanting me to go back every 2 weeks. To be honest it was just this one time it felt like a waste. Next time I'll wind up getting another prescription.. but I just hate that I have to spend $25 to get a scrip to spend $60 on my scrip. Retarded.

i have no freaking idea what i weighed this morning (spent the night in a hotel) but i made the podium in the freaking SPARTA bike race time trial today!!

3rd place! won a trophy, money and usa cycling points which you need to keep moving up into harder categories (kinda like a videogame)

i'm super pumped and the hell with the weight today!!!

Slight uptick for me today but I ate about 2k calories and had too much salt yesterday.

169.4

Tomorrow should be a down day. Got a nice 10 mile ride done and the waste disposal factory dropped a massive shipment.

The Shift.....

Back when I was 330 all the way up until about a month ago, it was the savory salty food that got me in trouble.

For the last month or two I have shifted to the sweet. The siren song of Taco Bell hasn't tempted me for months.

The dang shift has been to ICE CREAM....



I need Annie Wilkes to hobble me to keep me from heading to the store.

I'm craving eating with my hands....like when I can go from starving to stuffed in 5 minutes ... everything I'm eating would be a lot better between 2 pieces of bread
