How long does the water gain from eating boiled crawfish stay around? I gained 4 lbs from it. Only had two beers during the whole boil. Also drank 3 bottles of water.

Pure water weight gain, can stick around for 2 to 3 days on me. Sometimes longer and sometimes less time. I'm sure that helped a lot.

sodium gain. Dont worry about it. Any time you gain weight, its just a sodium gain.

good god..is it any wonder americans struggle with weightloss? look at the last 2 pages of this thread at all the food land mines we constantly face.

it takes the patience of Job and willpower of a eunnich to lose weight in this country.

Ha! I'm more than a little nervous about the long term maintenance of my diet with all of the food on the "Grazing Table" every day.

Last Thursday there was a TON of leftover daube from Wednesday, a foot long turkey sub, pizza and 6 bags of chips. I was off on Friday so at least I didn't have to pass by the donuts all day.

Oh, just about back to my all time low. 161.8.

I would have cheated last night. I was starving and my brain was screaming for taco bell but...

Alas, my car is dead. Not mostly dead. I think she is a goner.

Did anyone hear a fly buzzing?
Was it just me?
Maybe it was just a dream.

I think I'm going crazy. This fly could talk and always reiterated the same false point. And he has done it several times and looks dumb and ignorant each time. I know he's just an annoying troll of a fly, but he really thinks he's smart.

IDK guys

Yeah, the fly is an idiot.

Impossible to gain 4 pounds of fat on 2000 calories of food, thus most is water gain. Not to mention, people on low carb bouncing out of ketosis after a cheat and putting on water weight.

Trolls be Trolls.

He needs to tell me how I lost 155 pounds the wrong way again.

And now that this thread is storming towards 2 years old, he needs to tell me how I will gain it all back again.

It is clear who the helpful people are in thread and who the useless person is.

I hope this is not aimed at me. I actually come here looking for good advice.

Not you.

Lester likes to troll in here.

I responded to your earlier crawfish salt gain.

What's going on, fellas? Back on Atkins -- put 10 on from October till now. Time to dump it off for summer.

Glad to see everybody doing well.

Wow I didn't realize you lost that much weight. I didn't have any problems sticking to healthy eating over the weekend and got plenty of exorcize. Now I just need to fix my treadmill.

I think I'll get in on this. I got put on a medication that jacked up my appetite and gave me carb cravings like a damn pothead. Suddenly, I've gained 30 lbs.

Since this is my first post I'll put current weight/first goal/second goal/final goal weight.

214.8/200/185/170

I may go lower than 170 depending on how lean I am and how much muscle I've put on/retained. But for now, 200 is the marker.

And I'm still on the damn medication that caused the weight gain in the first place, so wish me luck. Damn thing works really well, it just makes me want to eat bags of sugar.
