Good luck!
1.7 pounds away from my final goal but I have SEVERAL birthday cheats coming up this weekend. I need to drop that 1.7 before the weekend.
Senna Tea?

Thanks Y'all. Hulk, hope you're replacing your electrolytes -- 2 gal. of water a day is a lot.
Myth, don't start on me.
You can gain 10 in a day! Took me 5 months (and five of that happened on my cruise).
CAD,

I'm only drinking 1 gal a day. Sometimes I drink more. And I have to because I take so many supplements now.

Ahhhh. Don't tell me that! I leave for a cruise in 7 days and am getting nervous about not going overboard with the food. I plan to exercise for about 30 minutes a few times to try to help myself out. I want and WILL enjoy myself I just dont want to undo all my hard work.. Any tips?
And welcome back!

it may be more successful than you think. With the frequency of GI viruses on cruises you may end up losing weight.

I took a week off about a month ago to entertain out of town friends (food and beer galore) and gained 9 lbs! After getting back on low carb and cardio I dropped 4 lbs in 2 days. 2 weeks later I was back at my old weight. Just enjoy the cruise and getting in a few cardio sessions will help.

I like my new nickname. Hulk, you are a sensitive sissy. I can only imagine what you deleted. Thought you had thicker skin.

but I bet you look like shite naked. There's nothing wrong with losing a bunch of weight. But there are better weighs.
Kudos to people like Hulk for actually incorporating exercise into his routine. Can't hate on that.
its funny everytime i say anything you always come back "next he'll tell me I am doing it wrong". Never fails. You just aren't very smart buddy.

Bench hang in there. I too seem to be lacking in the motivation dept lately, just have to keep on keeping on and pull through. I feel a lack of energy but have upped my carb intake .Cad fast in effect til 5 pm feel pretty good and will weigh in tomorrow. My weekend of no cheats fell through.

Got a cold and feel like shite right now. Haven't had much of an appetite from it. I expect some weight to come back once I feel better. Not far from my first goal of 225, what's the protocol of changing ones goal?
