I already have most people I know telling me to stop.

I am still pretty thick in the waist so I may continue a bit after I reach 165 but I will just tell everyone I know that I am done and just in maintenance.

I was in my boss' office this morning when a coworker passed by. She walked backwards, looked at me, and said "wow your efforts are paying off, you're looking good!"

This chick is though, but it made my day nonetheless.

It's still on track, all about people losing weight and being supportive of each other.

All of us here will admit that we either are still fatties or at one time were fatties

I'm the biggest loser but I would be happy for Hulk to take that crown from me.

One day myth. When I get to 220 I'll decide if I want to get to 200, which I probably will. At that point that'd be 163 pounds.

Tell your family they need to stop celebrating with food. If it weren;t for all their celebrations, you'd be the size of a quarter right now.

I just tore up a huge ribeye for dinner tonight at Doe's. Hopefully the scale won't be to bad to me tomorrow.

Not good but not bad. The scale will probably still punish me hard but I had a cup of turtle soup and grilled chicken caesar.

Casa Garcia tomorrow will be tough with that damn basket of hot chips and bean dip.

Water weight loss officially over I guess. Probably will go back to the losing "cycle" every 9 days or so.

And I shall deliver!

279.8/237.6/165

Lost 1.0 this week - 42.2 total. It has been pretty slow lately, but still going the right direction! I was 0.8 lower yesterday morning at home, so I am hoping that I have a bigger loss next week at the meeting. It's been awhile since I've lost 2 lbs or more in 1 week.

Any loss is a good loss.

I'm back from Casa Garcia and the competition with my stepdad gave me the willpower to pass on the chips. I had the grilled pork chop which was great.

Only bad part of the meal was a the maple glaze on the chop. Might bump me from ketosis, might not.

I did nibble at the sweet potato fries but probably only ate less than 10%.

Overall I am quite pleased with my effort eating out the last two days.

Another birthday is looming but that is always a pizza party and I might skip it.

Checking in from the beach. Was 213 this morning, for a total of -1 after 6 days at the beach.

That is just insane. 6 days at the beach and I would weigh 330 again. Great job.
