Dang. I did a what I thought was a good job this weekend and I bounced up.

169.7.

I've got to hope my step dad had a bad weekend too or he could be about to kick my arse to 165.

No! This is unacceptable. Keep on hanging in, Myth. You're gonna beat him -- I just KNOW it!

Kept my sodium a bit lower than normal to try and flush some out from the restaurant visits this weekend and I was soaking wet after my 10 mile ride today so hopefully I drop the dang weight I gained.

My step dad will update his weight tomorrow.

Go to the health food store and get some Bragg's ORGANIC apple cider vinegar. Take 2 tsp a couple of times a day in some water. Then drink water after that. It will help in flushing out the salt.

Official post-beach trip weigh-in....215
Up 1 lb after the week.

Would have been better, but had a bad trip home. Started with a bigger than normal breakfast. Then, my family wanted to stop at Popeye's for lunch. Let's just say it had been a while since I had Popeye's.

Then, the really hard part...when we got home, we had to tell our 7 year old twins that their best friend had been killed in a car accident. They were like the 3 amigos, and it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. After that, there was some serious comfort eating for the entire family.

Thanks for the good wishes Hulk. It's hard for me to see my kids hurting and this is younger than I ever thought they would have to deal with something like this. I can't even imagine what Shane's mom is feeling. From the little bit I was around her, I know that her son was her world.

Bham

Sorry to hear that. Really tough news for kids so young.

Prayers sent.

I dropped the weekend gain and my step dad is at 168 so the race to 165 is still neck and neck.

See! I told you! You can beat him -- you have more experience at losing, so you know what to do.

P.S. - Get the apple cider vinegar. And if you really want to make it to 165 first, drink some senna tea.

I did tell my step dad that if he was about to beat me, I would hit the colon cleanse to surge past him.
