nevar!

I'm especially proud because it was my best friend's first day having moved back to BR so we all went out, I drank nothing but water all night and didn't eat anything after dinner. The force is strong with this one!

Good job Hulk. Welcome to the -50 club. -75, here we come.

By the way, I think my big loss yesterday was partially from dehydration. I gained it back and then some. 214.6 this morning. Still pretty pleased with a 0.6 lb gain after 4 days on vacation.

How many have you lost? I'm planning on catch you and passing you up! Consider how much more I need to lose than you. 70 pounds is just a halfway point for me

I'm back down to -52, and have 3 days of vacation left. I'm expecting you to pass me, but I won't be discouraged. I know your pattern, so I'll catch back up during one of your non-plateaus.

Actually, with the amount you have to lose, there's no way I can keep up on a pound for pound basis (but it'll be fun to try). I'm actually pulling for you to keep up this momentum and blow my doors off.

It's been a while since I updated. 1 month and 1 week to be exact. I haven't been on any stringent diet. I've been eating healthier, but I haven't deprived myself of some of the junk I like. Slowly but surely..

yeah once all this water weight goes I'll be back to just losing not nearly as fast or as quickly. But I'm definitely going to stay in induction and just lose as much as I can. I can't wait to hit 70 pounds and be at my halfway point.

Trouble brewing!

Stepdad = 168
Me = 169.2

He has a big lead in the race to 165 and I have a birthday dinner for my sister tomorrow night and Casa Garcia on Saturday for birthday with my Dad.

Trouble!

Yea, but before you get to that 70 lbs. lost mark, you will get to that magic number of 299. That is a number to celebrate as you pass by, never to see (300) again. I have confidence that once you get down to your target, you will be able to hold it as long as you remember what you learned during this process. If nothing else pay attention to your body.

300 is going to be a BIG, BIG milestone. I am very excited for me. It wasn't but just 2 or 3 years ago I told myself that "if I ever get above 300 pounds I'm putting my fatass on a diet and losing weight".. well that didn't happen until much later lmao. But I'm looking forward to being under 300. I get so happy just thinking about it. Something about 300.. it's like when people think of fat people they think of 300+ pound people and I won't be lumped in that anymore, although I'll still have plenty of weight to lose.

The progress continues..
363/311/250. 52 pounds since 2/26/11. 12 pounds to break 300..

Looking at 363 and the date that I began this endeavor.. really makes me realize what a journey it's been. It's been a good one, for the most part, but one worthwhile. I have nobody to think but everyone in this thread for helping motivate me and keep me accountable and on track.

Feeling sentimental this morning, sorry
