I would post another jorts pic but it is hard to see much of a difference between the jort pic and now.

Although I think I need a new pair of jorts about 2 sizes smaller.

Myth I thought about you when I saw the dillards sale thread. Maybe this is your opportunity to get out of the jorts!

170/148/145 (3rd commit 2-28-11)

exercise hiatus (6 weeks) is officially over. cranked out 2 sets of 25 pushups and some dumbbell routines this am. left arm hurt like hell (and still does) but "no pain no gain".

I know "gain" is a 4 letter word around here.

madam, welcome back. we've all had to re-commit during the process.

Your situation should make dieting easier.

Well I know it has been awhile since I updated. I was out of town for my birthday AND had a few additional celebrations when I got home. As a result, I was up 8+ pounds at one point. I got back on track as soon as the festivities were over, and posted a 0.2 loss at the WW meeting this morning.

279.8/238.6/165 - 41.2 total

Ready to kick it into high gear in August - studying for the CPA exam, so I might try a Myth Month of Hermit Mode. Maybe...

170.5

I want to break down into the 60s so I am in full hermit mode.

Myth I'm sure you've answered this before, but how tall are you?

In other news, I've pretty much been off the wagon since my last update, but I'm holding steady around 200/185/170 Getting/staying motivated is hard when you work out of town every day, but I think I'm going to start packing a lunch a few days a week to get this thing jump-started again. Want to get below 180 before I go on vacation in a couple of weeks, so I gotta get on the stick.

Right at six feet but I have zero muscle mass so a healthy weight for me is probably a good bit lower than someone with muscle.

Well I picked up fresh broccoli and lettuce. Buying heads of lettuce and chopping them up myself is much, MUCH cheaper than buying the bags of salad. I can make a head of lettuce last almost 2 weeks, whereas a bag of salad mix would last me a week if I stretched it out.
