I didn't post here when I started but have used several tips from this thread and exercised more. I've gone from 185 on 6/13/11 to 168 on 7/29/11, feeling much better

ETA: I'm only 5'9 and was 155-160 in high school when I was involved in sports (currently age 31). I would be estatic if I could back to that point.

Yes. That little break I took seemed to do the trick for me too. Keep it going, Hulk!!

Did you get some chromium picolinate? Also, I find it beneficial to drink green tea when I get the urge to snack.

I had a little bounce up even though I had a flawless weekend. That is to be expected given the fact I lost 7 pounds from last Sunday.

Friend of mine came over Saturday and ate popeyes in front of me. 5 pieces with large mashed and 2 biscuits. The stinker.

Bounced from 170.1 to 170.9.

198 today..got in about 4am from la..i think its alot of water weight from the 10 hour drive + a really tough week of 'home cooking' love from my mom. rode a good bit in monroe (even out to ole geauxt's doublewide) but clearly not enough.

yeah i got my work cut out for me this week for sure. i remember once upon a time myth and i were competing about something....
