new low after a big cheat. McD's angus deluxe no mayo and medium fries. full day of chores kept me in check i guess.
actually put on size 30 shorts (not jorts) yesterday before the cheat.

I have to fess up. I was bad last night. A coworker and I decided to go out and celebrate the 4th since we both work tomorrow. I skipped any carbs for dinner so that I could have a couple of Mich. Ultras (2.6g carbs per beer, I like that). Well a couple turned in to more, then to a carb-loaded beer.. which turned into food, which all turned into me spending more than I can afford.. bah time for hermit mode from here on out!

rewarrd = we split an 19 0z ribeye "grilled to perfection" a baked potato, asparagus and grilled portobellos.

I had a few crackers with cheese dip, 2 hot dogs with chili and 2 brownies.
Even though I am stuffed those carbs are already doing there evil work and I craving more even though I am full.
I had no breakfast and I will skip dinner but I'll still probably gain from the sodium. I am dying of thirst.
